BY JIMMY LEE/AP”A new book from one of the world’s best-selling authors is a winner in the best-seller awards category, which will take home the best book prize at this year’s Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Peter S. Hartley, said in a statement that he is thrilled to be the first author to win the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for fiction, the third such prize in a row.

The award for fiction in 2018 was given to Stephen King for his novel “The Dark Tower.”

Hartley won the prize in 2006 and 2007 for his book “The Day After Tomorrow,” which was a best-seller in its first year and earned the same honor in 2008 for his debut novel, “The Man Who Fell to Earth.”

Hartly said in the statement that the award for poetry is a surprise and a very special one.”

Hart, a Pulitzer Prize winner in 1993, is a longtime writer of speculative fiction and historical fiction.

He has been honored with the Nobel Prize, a National Book Award, and a World Fantasy Award.
